Tuesday, August 14, 2012. July was a busy month, full of traveling for our family. I traveled with my sister to Wisconsin. Ron and Max went to Omaha to visit family. My sister and I took our boys to see my mom for her birthday. Here is our July in pictures. Capitol Building in Madison, WI. On the lake in Madison. Max and his cousins having a snack. Saturday, March 31, 2012. Playing in boxes is SOOO much fun! Sunday, March 25, 2012. Spring is in the air. It is also amazing to see how much Max is learning and talking! He can tell us what several animals "say", point out most body parts (although he refuses to point to his ears) and is in love with books. His favorites are Brown Bear Brown Bear and Whare is Baby's Valentine? Hopefully the Easter Bunny brings Max some new books too! This book is funny! Finally a smile for the camera.

Sunday, February 12, 2012. Valentine's Day Party.Toddler Style. On Friday, Max's toddler class had their Valentine's Day Party. They exchanged Valentines and had LOTS of treats. Of course, with Max's appetite he was nearly the last one to leave the table. He tried and devoured most of the treats, especially the treats he doesn't get often. He had juice and M&Ms for the first time, and he is definitely hooked! Valentines I made for Max's class. Getting ready to eat! Check out this spread.

Sunday, December 8, 2013. Lily had her first school concert last week. She seems to really love music class as she talks about it all the time. She has had a couple of small concerts with her preschool class and as a lot of small kids do, she didn't really participate. So we were excited to see her perform this time! Thursday, December 19, 2013. This year I opted for a pre-assembled gingerbread house. After the near fiasco with building last years I figured this would be the best route for us. Plus it was quick and fun! I applied all the frosting then they put the sweet candies on! Marley was really into the house this year vs last year. She seems to appreciate things a little bit more. Lily just wanted to eat the candy and the frosting. Wonder who she takes after? Looks good enough to eat! And the finished house!
