Normally libraries are free entry and you can have acces to computers anywhere with just one dollar per hour. Is a beautiful Country and here is the flag and photo of our president that i think is the best president in the last 25 years of democracy, his name is Rafael Correa and was a student several years ago of the UCL; in Brussels; and he was also an scholarship student like me now. He make his master studies in Economics here in Belgium. And then he won another scholarship to go to USA to make his phd in economics.

Public schools are bad ones and ones very good, specially those carried by catholic churches that are old enough and have a very good experience in education . In poor public schools of course there are no computers; and only in metropolitan schools and private schools are all the facilities.
