如果我曾經選擇離開，那麼我更確知我為什麼回來。 Life like marathon, keep running, at last you must know the meaning of life. 誰知，跑得輕鬆，有力。 12298;Zombies, Run! 12299;，一開始聽到有人不停說話。 傷口，似乎愈來愈大。血，好像流了很多。 襪，對於跑手來說，其實都不能忽視。 原來，心跳率要過 110，才開始流汗較多。 結果，65mins，36.4km，比平時快。 之後，再做 3 組 Plank，每次 1 分鐘，加 40 下 sit up。 慢跑。一來一回，10km。 釣魚的、談情的、拍畢業相的、拍婚紗相的、野餐的、彈結他的、跑步的、踩單車的……. 只是，着了船襪，加上速緊鞋帶，結果刮損後腳跟。 51min，27.2km。 Core 的肌肉，全日有點痠痛。 心跳率，維持 100-110。 繼續，Plank 一分鐘，休息一分鐘。 再加，30 sit-up。 今晚，關掉手機跑步 App 的語音提示。 換了 Asics，起跑初段，腳跟沒有昨天那麼痛。 116km, 5'50"/km。
