I Wanna Be A Foodie. Overnight Peach French Toast. August 12, 2012. Overnight Peach French Toast. Loaf of French bread cut into slices. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 large peaches, sliced. C packed brown sugar. C sweetened condensed milk. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange bread in a tight, flat layer in dish. In the morning, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap baking dish and pour condensed milk or cream over top of bread/peach mixture. Adapted from Prevention RD. July 23, 2012.
