I Will Not Take These Things For Granted. Saturday, August 28, 2004. Talked with Mom this morning. She is very upbeat about things, more so than I would have expected. She said that there was no sign of cancer in the fluid removed from around her lungs last week (8/19/04) but that it could take several draws of the fluid to find cancer if it is present. In any case the fluid has returned around one lung. We're heading out camping tonight. Should be fun, though it could get a bit cold. Links to this post.
