Empire State of Mind: Meatpacking District
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/meatpacking-district-is-unarguably-one.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. Is unarguably one of the most distinctive spaces New York has to offer. The confined, little neighborhood to the west of 9th Avenue x. 14th Street might have witnessed one of the most peculiar forms of transformation in history from one industrializa. Tion phase to the next: meatpacking to luxury retailing. Indeed, a short. Otherwise known as the coolest hotel in town - where rooms facing the Hudson don't have any curtains. Opera Gallery @ Soho.
Empire State of Mind: Pastis @ Meatpacking District
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/pastis-meatpacking-district.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. Pastis @ Meatpacking District. Check out the beautiful, elegant and certainly not the most swanky French restaurant in town Pastis. Whenever you can find a free table. After all, you have all the time slots laid out before you from a delicious breakfast fest to an exquisite midnight treat. And trust me, so many people who'll recite almost these same words if asked cannot be all wrong. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory.

Mind The Gap, Please! A London Story from February, 2010. Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Regent Street is pretty much about this. Magnificence. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Empire State of Mind: Brooklyn Museum
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/brooklyn-museum.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. I'm not saying pass the Metropolitan. But save a couple of hours for Brooklyn Museum. Too It's not called 'one of nation's premier art institutions' for no reason. Sights from Brooklyn Streets. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. Bouchon Bakery @ Columbus Circle. Apple Store @ Meatpacking District. Pastis @ Meatpacking District. Lego Store @ Rockefeller Center. Sarabeths, Upper West Side. Eataly, Madison Square Park.
Empire State of Mind: Rockefeller Center
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/rockefeller-center.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. As far as New York goes, I am utterly the downtowner type. I would rather live in Chelsea. Than Upper East Side. Thanks for asking, I appreciate). Moreover, I pretty much disdain - well that's harsh; let's say 'look down on. The frame of mind that sets visting a city simply equal to seeing its major historic landmarks. I've been to NYC two times and have not seen the Statue of Liberty or taken the Circle Line for once. Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory.
Empire State of Mind: Midtown 'Must See's
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/midtown.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. This is one face of Manhattan, and there's no avoiding it as a whole - even if the New York that you are in love with is rather a combination of vintage shops, neighborhood cafes and laid-back streets of downtown. Radio City Music Hall. Then again, some other 'must see's (like the MoMA, Rockefeller) or things you just can't go missing (like a walk down 5th avenue) will take you right to the heart of what I call 'the NYC claustrophobia'.
Mind The Gap, Please!: Pret A Manger
http://oleslondon.blogspot.com/2010/02/pret-manger.html
Mind The Gap, Please! A London Story from February, 2010. Sunday, February 28, 2010. The tens and hundreds of Prets in London. They sure were one of the best parts about being there. Every single time we indulged in the famous, always fresh, always yummy, always hard-to-pick-which triangle sandwich (meaning, each morning, afternoon and times in between) we prayed for the day big boss Julian Metcalfe. Just yet, please. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Covent Garden Piazza. A little Italy in London.
Mind The Gap, Please!: Kingly Court

Mind The Gap, Please!: From Tate Modern
http://oleslondon.blogspot.com/2010/03/from-tate-modern.html
Mind The Gap, Please! A London Story from February, 2010. Friday, March 5, 2010. I might have been one of London's most unorthodox visitors by means of engaging in the city's touristic attractions. All touristic material I ended up having was the one picture. With Big Ben and London Eye in far background - which is at least as blurry as the rainy London whether at night. (Even more, it seems like I've been photo-montaged there, and the sucking photo quality doesn't help a bit). Must be seen for yourself.
Empire State of Mind: Apple Store @ Meatpacking District
http://olesnewyork.blogspot.com/2010/12/apple-store-meatpacking-district.html
Empire State of Mind. A New York Story from November, 2010. Apple Store @ Meatpacking District. When you are a Turkish traveler abroad - and especially if you're subscribed to a blood-sucking GSM operator -. Finding free wi-fi is a blessing at times of getting in touch with home - and pretty much anyone else physically out of reach. Has been to the living proof of that). Chances are slim you'll ever see another one with such cool, industrial and un-white setting again. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Koreanska namn - internet here I come and update. Mobbing i Sydkorea - novell.

story teller | Just sharing the stories in my head…
December 3, 2011 at 5:41 pm ( stories. Some are to be treasured. Some are to be relived. But gone are the moments. The days of innocence. The days of honest fun. The days of cricket in the sun. Looking back at by-gone days. I wish for a return of my innocent ways. The wading through flood waters*. The teachers at school. The pani puri, vada pavs and bhel. Have left in my mind an indelible trail. The one rupee per head cricket matches. The stop-stop and king’s-square smashes*. Playing football in the rains.
