Thursday, June 23, 2011. Summer Adventure: Coors Factory and River Walk. On Wednesday we spent the day exploring Golden. In the morning we toured the Coors factory- the largest single-sight brewing company in the nation. Laci and the kids in front of the brewing kettles. Here's Tai enjoying a free sample at the end of the Coors tour. Yes, we all got free samples. of soft drinks. In the afternoon, we walked around downtown Golden. Here is Talynne posing on a butterfly statue on the riverwalk.

Monday, January 25, 2010. We didn't have to take her out once. She didn't act up and do her silly little tantrum. She just played with her own toys, and when she was bored of that, she would pull out a treat, and when she was done with that she would play some more, then do the routine all over again! I am so proud of my little girl! I'm not holding my breath, but now I'm hoping this is how she'll act at Church so I can maybe get something out of it. Our very own little Christms. She is in Heaven! Tuesday, September 29, 2009. On Spetember 24th Ryan turned a big 3-0! It was still so much fun though! Luckily he didn't tell me he knew about it until we pulled into the house. I thought I was doing so good, I even had him reading me an email from his phone when we pulled into the neighborhood so he wouldn't see any of the cars. I feel like we had a great turnout! Lots of friends and family came to celebrate. We ate food, hung out, roasted marsh mellows, and had fun! Cute Morgan, Andy, and birthday boy.

The last 7 months. Monday, March 19, 2012. I thought I would finally catch up on the highlights of our life since Jackson has joined our family. I am so lucky to have 2 really close friends that are great photographers. Thanks to them, we will always have family pictures taken quite often. The first set of pictures are taken with Cherie. We went up to Farmington and went to a spot by her house. The kids cooperated so well. I love how photogenic Kate is. The next set of pictures are with my friend Shay.

Thursday, June 23, 2011. Summer Adventure: Rock Creek Trail. Well, it's only my fifth post for the day, but it finally takes us up to the present. Our adventures today took us back to the fish hatchery to hike on another one of their trails. Today's trail: Rock Creek. There was a beautiful little stream along the early part of the trail. Tailynne loved posing in front of the stream. Camden served as our guide with the map a few times. Tailynne discovered two ants carrying off a work on the trail.

Thursday, June 9, 2011. Summer Adventure: Heritage Museum and National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum. We're a couple days behind on our adventures now, but we'll catch you up. On Tuesday we went to two more of Leadville's museums. Since we had more time on this day, we tackled the big ones. Our first stop on Tuesday was the Heritage Museum, which takes you through Leadville's history in two stories worth of exhibits. Saturday, February 25, 2012. Jackson Wayne was born on July 24, 2011 at 3:57 pm. He weighed 6 pounds 10 1/2 ounces. Kate, Jackson, and I. I am so bummed because this is our only family picture while we were at the hospital. When I had Kate, I felt like we didn't get any great pictures at the hospital. My goal was to make sure we took TONS of pictures the 2nd time around. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Kate meeting her little brother! Jackson's first night at the hospital. Follow me on Twitter.

Sunday, December 20, 2009. 2009 Quist Family Christmas Letter. M is for Months that have Passed. It has been at least 12 months since we last sent out Christmas cards and Christmas letter and we just wanted to update all of our wonderful family and friends on everything going on in our lives. Since the end of this year has been so busy for us we were not able to get cards out on time. Sorry for that. R is for Reunion with the Hortons. This summer we drove down to Arizona for the annual Horton Family.
