A Gaijin in Tokyo: Thursday 17th - Sour Tummy? - Go to Zawatami
http://izekube.blogspot.com/2008/01/sour-tummy-go-to-zawatami.html
A Gaijin in Tokyo. Coming as a western foreigner ("Gaijin") to Japan can be a very daunting and interesting experience. Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Thursday 17th - Sour Tummy? Rikard and me went for farewell dinner since he was leaving Japan. Know this great restaraunt (Zawatami) where everything. On the menu tastes yummie! We had only one rule, only order what you have never taste before. Mmmmm! We had egg-roll with salmon roe, smoked kippers (we think), sashimi (raw fish) etc. View my complete profile.
A Gaijin in Tokyo: Tuesday 15th: Going to work

A Gaijin in Tokyo. Coming as a western foreigner ("Gaijin") to Japan can be a very daunting and interesting experience. Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Tuesday 15th: Going to work. Went to work. The streets of Tokyo that were very quiet on Monday are suddenly filled with millions of men in black/grey suits, and women in black dresses. Feels a bit like being in the movie "Matrix" where Mr Anderson is cloned in millions of copies, but they are walking the streets, and you're the only one sticking out.

A Gaijin in Tokyo. Coming as a western foreigner ("Gaijin") to Japan can be a very daunting and interesting experience. Wednesday, January 30, 2008. 21-27th Jan - Getting tuned in. Monday - Thursday = work, work and work. 2nd week in Japan and already feel like a zombie some days. Doesn't help that I live in a business district in Tokyo, and every morning 99% of the people are going against my direction when I leave for Shin-Yokohama office. Friday - Party time! 2 words to summarize (in Japanese);. Funny...

A Gaijin in Tokyo. Coming as a western foreigner ("Gaijin") to Japan can be a very daunting and interesting experience. Sunday, October 15, 2006. Shake down in Tokyo! I woke up Saturday morning becuase my bed seemed to be rocking slowly back and forth. I was still half-sleeping but jumped out of bed and tried to figure out what was going on,. And figure out what to do. OK, so I was. Scared it was an earthquake, wouldn't you be? Everyone outside carried on like normal. I didn't get the earthquake confirmed.

A Gaijin in Tokyo. Coming as a western foreigner ("Gaijin") to Japan can be a very daunting and interesting experience. Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Wednesday 16th: Weird circumstances and Sumo Wrestling. Funny thing happened today. The apartment agency sent me a mail, referring to my "problems with broken toilet paper holder". I told them, "you have the wrong guy! What are the odds? A must see if you're in Japan, even though you're not sport interested. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Mike's Space on the Net
Mike's Space on the Net. Welcome to the new slimmed version of Mike's Space on the Net! This site is officially to be considered as a time capsule. In other words; I do not intend to do much further work on this site because of lack of time. But perhaps you will find something interesting anyway? I wish you good luck! This is a personal non-commercial homepage made by a Swede. What is the purpose? Err, I don't know. To be a part of the Internet I guess - and to share my interests with you!
