Tuesday, August 9, 2011. The latest craze. The red velvet cupcakes. It seems like everybody is now so into this type of cupcakes. It is actually a chocolate cake with a little bit of apple vinegar (which gives the sour-y flavor) and red coloring (hence, the bright color). This was our best-selling cupcakes too, during the KLCC bazaar. Except according to Tina, she still prefers the red velvet with cream cheese topping jugak. So, next project IS that, I guess.
