Tiny pasta with Swiss cheese, spinach, and corn. 3 tablespoons orzo or other small pasta. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. 1 tablespoon all purpose flour. 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. 2 cups fresh spinach, stems removed. 2/3 cup cooked frozen corn. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup grated carrot. 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated. 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.

I knew he was getting taller since his 2T pants are almost getting short on him. Dr. Eva said he is growing in the 25th percentile for height and weight, but he doesn't look tall.
