Here is the pumpkin cheesecake recipie I was talking about. 1 graham cracker crust ( you can make this yourself or by the premade one). 1 34 oz box Jell-o Cheesecake Pie Filling. 1 15 oz. can 100% pumpkin. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Prepare pie filling according to directions. Mix in 1 cup pumpkin, and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with a dollop of whip cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
