Saturday, July 31, 2010. Then we came to the city of Petra (also called Wadi Musa). That night we just walked around the city for a bit and went to a bakery and stuff. View of the Promised Land from Mt. Nebo. Madaba church with mosaics. On Tuesday, we went to PETRA! Haha, that is so crazy! And the goofy Genie pants). Random guy at Petra with a donkey with a Scream mask. Jerash ruins and gladiators. Biggest and newest mosque in Jordan. Amman from the citadel. Traditional baptismal site of Christ.

Saturday, June 26, 2010. Mt Herzl (tomb of Herzl). On Monday, a group of us went to Zedekiah's cave, which is probably a quarry used to get stone for Solomon's temple. Also, people say that King Zedekiah hid here when King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was besieging Jerusalem. Then we did some shopping too. We were having a soccer tournament this week too, and that was pretty fun, but my team wasn't very good, haha. King Solomon's Quarries (Zedekiah's Cave). Saturday, June 19, 2010.
