当システムでは従来の電話予約や来院予約に加え新たにパソコン携帯電話からのインターネット予約に対応しておりまた予約受付の操作も簡単につくられておりますのでパソコンが不慣れなスタッフでも簡単にお使いいただけます。当システムでは、患者さんの診察予定時刻が近づくと自動的にメールでお知らせするお知らせメールサービスがあります。携帯電話やパソコンから予約/確認/日時変更/キャンセルを患者さん側でおこなえるため、受付スタッフや医師の院内業務にゆとりが生まれます。また待合室ディスプレイに現在呼び出し中の番号や待ち時間が表示されていますので、私の番はあとどのくらい何時まで待てばいいのという不安の声がなくなり、スタッフの労力を減らすことができます。新しい予約システムを導入したら、今まで来院してくださっていた御年配の方やインターネットが使えない方の予約ができないのではないかとの声がありますが、当システムではそのような方たちのために電話や来院での予約も通常どおりおこなえるよう設計されています。 2009 順番予約システム All right reserved.
