Saturday, February 9, 2008. Not too good, but still in high spirits. The problem now is that i'm quite far from my aim of reducing another 5 by february. In fact its out of reach. But i'm feeling like its because of how consistent i've been working out and the fact that i'm eating too little and the wrong stuff too. But i know i'll be doing fine. Incline Bench Press: 27.5/45. Flat Bench Press: 32.5/50. Military Presses: 25/52.5. Bent-over rows: 32.5/65. 10am - Nuts with 3 eggs. 4pm - Nuts with fruits.
