Jack's Birthday was during Spring Break this year. So the boys had the day off and we spent the day skiing. Even I got in on the action. The Chronicles of Mike, Cara and Anna Christine! Sunday, September 28, 2008. Anna joins the 'Nation'. Last Sunday Anna took in her first Raider game. She seemed to really enjoy standing at the edge of the window and watching the crowd as well as bits and pieces of the game. Doug played golf with friends on Saturday and tested out his new club (his Father's day gift). All the adults and Charlie went out to dinner on Saturday to celebrate. Sunday we went to church and Doug enjoyed hours of the US Open. Later we had dinner at our house with Opah, Aunt Erin and Charlie. Doug with the kids.

Will volunteered to watch the classroom turtules over the holiday break. They are box turtles and were so easy to care for. We enjoyed having Dot (the boy who had "dots" on his skin) and Ray (the girl who looks like she has sun rays on her shell). However, they drove Gus crazy and he would start barking any time he heard them move around.

Sunday, April 26, 2009. From Emma's point of view :. Saturday was my birthday party. I was so excited about it, I talked about it all week long. All my friends were going to be there and my Grandma and Grandpa and Oma and Opa! First, my friend Addison and I pretended to take a nap. We did more giggling than napping. After dinner we had ice cream cake! Yummy Mommy got me an Abby Cadabby ice cream cake. I love her almost as much as I love Elmo. Ice cream is so good. Thank you to everyone who came!
