Friday, March 6, 2009. Think educators should try to match the technology used by students but at least. Try and understand the technology the students are using. This is so you can relate to them and if the opportunity. Comes up you can use some of it to teach. Online chats are useful in the classroom i think they would be more of a distraction then anything. Students would more and likely use it to talk about something else. Like stimulation of the brain and some educational value can be gained.

Students will already be knowledgeable and comfortable with the technology so they will know how to use it, and they might enjoy it more if it something they are familiar with. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. The site is okay for people who use the Internet a lot. I don't spend much time on the computer so it doesn't benefit me. I won't use the site because I don't frequently visit the same websites over and over. To like them because it lets you post what you want and how you fell about a certain topic in either sports,school etc. 2I think blogs would be very useful in education even more now then ever. I enjoyed making my teacher brochure and resume and felt it was really beneficial to know how to do. I thought the brochure was really fun to create, and I think it is something I will use when I begin teaching.
