March 8th is Women's Day and it is celebrated across Europe, especially in the Balkans. It is similar to Mother's Day in America except that you don't have to have children in order to celebrate! Hepners Blog: Heart Thoughts
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/heart-thoughts.html
Monday, February 9, 2015. One week ago today, at this exact same time, I was sitting in the pre-op room waiting for the nurses to come and take my son to surgery. I am so thankful that last week is over.so thankful that we are where we are today.so thankful for God's goodness and provision and love. Dayne went to church yesterday! It was amazing to watch him! He is sore this morning, but still has such a positive attitude! However, we can do ALL things through HIM who gives us strength (Phil. 4:13).

Hepners Blog: Happy Mother's Day!
http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-mothers-day.html
Sunday, May 10, 2015. Being a Mother is the greatest honor that I have ever been bestowed. To be able to give life and watch it grow, shepard and nourish little souls.it doesn't get better than that! It is the hardest things I've ever done, and the most fulfilling all at once. Children see your love and all your flaws all at once. I pray they grow up to think that I didn't mess up too bad. It's humbling, exausting, and the most wonderful thing in the world! I love being a Mama! Bubba- The Big Brother.

http://hepnersblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-rest-of-today.html
Friday, February 6, 2015. The rest of today. They took him off the morphine pump early this Morning, and while he had a rough morning, he was better and better as the day went on! We walked all around, ate at the food court, and sat in recliners for most of the day! He took a shower this evening and visited with some great friends! The pain seems to be under control and he is more himself now that he is off the morphine! I am so proud of him! He should be coming home tomorrow! It has meant so much!

Sunday, July 5, 2015. I have a NEW MAN! Have you seen my new man? I haven't seen his handsome face in over 3 years, so I was more than happy to see the beard gone! I'm loving that soft face! Kirkpatrick Family in Macedonia: February 2011
http://kirkpatrickfamily.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Kirkpatrick Family in Macedonia. Family Blog of Kyle, Jackie, Rebekah, Joshua and Daniel Kirkpatrick. Thursday, February 24, 2011. Light Shone in the Darkness, and the Darkness Could Not Overcome it! Sunday night we had gathered in our living room for Bible study as usual. There were nine plus me and the kids (Kyle was in Bosnia). Suddenly, about half-way through, the lights went out - as far as we could see in town, the lights were out. There was no storm; just no light! Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
