Cruising on SuperStar Libra. Part I. Day 1 - Checking in the ship. The trip began on the 21st of Dec, 2008 when we checked in the ship at about 11.30am. By then, many had already boarded the ship, including my parents friends who were on another tour in the ship as well. Us posing at the back of the ship. And I love to see him dancing.

Is seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication enough to cure one from his/ her psychological/ mental/ emotional problems? For instance, for someone who is panicky, does taking anti-anxiety pills actually help him/her entirely? Wouldn't there be underlying causes to why the person is so anxoius in the first place?
