Just another WordPress.com weblog. Josh keeps saying we should start a blog, so here it is. If this is anything like other blogs I’ve had we’ll probably post for a few weeks and then stop for a few months and then pick it up again if something exciting happens. So make sure to check back often, you never know what you might find! We live in Austin. Josh is entering the nonprofit world with STEM tutoring. I love reading, fall weather, Anthropologie and looking at our wedding pictures.

Because the Master will not ever walk out and fail to return." -Lamentations 3:28-33. 3 days after Burton Lawrence arrived we drove to Ovalo to the Flying T to be with my family for Easter weekend! So thankful for family that takes care of me while I recover and helps us out as we adjust to being a family of four! We are so very very thankful for this tiny bundle of blessing. This not so little guy arrived! We are in awe of God's miracle.

Parenting is so difficult, rewarding, humbling, amazing, and joyful. I love being Adalynn and Burton's mama. I am so thankful that God has allowed Matthew and I to be their parents. Matthew and my friend Sarah threw me an amazing birthday party! They surprised me with this Texas themed party. Made me feel right at home. It was perfect! Bear Paw and Pluots. Just hanging out with Daddy :). Loved her some pluots! We missed the salmon run by about 24 hours. Bummer. She LOVES bath time! Happy 4th of July.
