Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Boo at the Zoo! Tonight we made our annual trek to Boo at the Zoo. The kids love the zoo and everything about Halloween so the combination of the two is one of their favorites. They love trick or treating at the zoo and seeing all the animals at the same time. Monday, November 9, 2009. This weekend Mads and I went to Utah with Jaime and Grandma to see the So You Think You Can Dance Tour. Brandon and the kids had got me the tickets for my birthday and we were so excited to go. We hit Tai Pan, lots of shopping, the Old Spaghetti Factory, and then the show! The show was amazing! Yes, Ruby and Jane both took naps on Derek at some point. I love little sleeping girls. Aren't dads just so easy to snuggle? That's some big pumpkin! The girls loved the rides. I must admit, she's pretty good. She can hit, she can throw and she has so much fun. Her team is a bunch of 3rd and 4th grade boys- and only 1 other girl. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Sunday after church and a little nap we headed up to St. Anthony to have dinner with Grandpa Lou and Grandma Cook. They have been redoing the house and it is looking fantastic! It was a nice finish to the weekend, dinner was great and the kids were excited to see McKade and get in some quality snuggling time. A little look into the life of derek, brooke, emma, jane and ruby. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. We love Ruby. She is one spunky, happy little girl and we are so glad we are part of our family. Our little Ruby turned 2! So we got to celebrate.she looooves dogs so we had a dog party. And Nicole got a new puppy so Ruby was in heaven. We had fun making doggy cupcakes. Yep, we even invited Grandma and Grandpa Whipple's dog, Abby! Look at Ruby's face.love her. She's tickled to have the attention on herself.
