Welcome to my cottage where I play and create with fabric, paints and anything else that comes to mind. I hope you enjoy the visit and return again soon! Thursday, January 8, 2015. Well, I took a couple of weeks off because of Christmas and New Year and when I walked back into my studio the other day I saw this. My embroidery thread was all over the floor. A Work in Progress. Thursday, August 28, 2014. Wow, less than two months between posts from me- shocking, I know! I'm hoping for a finish in the next two weeks so I can show this off at my guild meeting. On the quilting front, I putting together these blocks for a lap-size quilt. (They are laid out on my "design floor" as I call the ugly green carpet in my basement and are not outside on the grass! For telling me about ZipIt, a good source for lower-priced zippers on Etsy. http://acuppaandacatchup.com/2011/08/4133
Drop me a Line. A cuppa and a catch up. Tea craft = bliss. August 26, 2011. A little needle book made from scrappy treasures with some linen love, much like the one I made before. In the Umbrella Prints challenge. It’s got little pockets for packets of needles, threader or wot nots and a piece of felted wool blanket to tuck needles into. These birdies are heading south. Loosely based on the shape of this needle case tutorial. Snippets of fabrics include Aunty Cookie Papercuts. August 26, 2011 at 10:32 am.

Shawl Knitting | i wish i were buffy
https://wishiwerebuffy.wordpress.com/2009/06/15/shawl-knitting
I wish i were buffy. A blog about knitting, home restoration, and other random events. House To Do List. June 15, 2009 in Uncategorized. I recently purchased “Knitting Lace Triangles” by Evelyn Clark. It’s the most fantastic book! Well, I’m not sure if it’s a book or a booklet… It seems quite small at first, but once you open it, you realize it’s not small in content quality. It’s spiral bound, which I love. I wish all knitting books were spiral bound! Green apples – a knitting blog. Susan B. Anderson.
