Opportunity Knocked Me Out! Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Menacing Society #5: Keeping Quiet. Up until now, my Menacing Society series has been focused on describing to the world what it’s like to be over 25 and single in the LDS culture. And if you’ve read my previous post. You’ll know that a majority of the things that bother me about it are all centered around conversations. So why not just stop the irritating conversations? A few years ago I did just that. And you know what? Is to make life hard for each ...

Three Degrees of Burns: October 2007
http://burtown.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 24, 2007. A Boy and His Cars. For those of you who don't know, Sean won a huge contest at his last company wide meeting. He got $1000 to spend at Zumiez, a new long board, an expensive watch, a backpack with speakers built into the straps, gift cards to local stores (like the movie theater), and a few other little nick knacks. I am so proud of all of his accomplishments! He's great and decided to spend most of his Zumiez money on me! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Boy and His Cars.

Three Degrees of Burns: July 2008
http://burtown.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 4, 2008. We've been looking for a dog for about three months. I should actually say that Sean and Brandon have been looking. We have taken countless trips to the local pound, looking for the dog that would fit our needs. We needed a small dog and one that would be good with Brandon. We eventually bought our puppy from a pet store. His name is Milo. They are cute pals. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Links to Friends and Family.

Three Degrees of Burns: Spring is Grand
http://burtown.blogspot.com/2008/04/spring-is-grand.html
Saturday, April 5, 2008. We've had a fun and busy last couple of weeks. Easter was a great weekend. We started with a soccer game on Saturday morning, followed by an Easter egg hunt. Brandon found his five eggs quickly, so we rehid them many times to extend the fun. There was a news camera at our game from ABC news and filmed our team playing. The guy interviewed Brandon. He asked Brandon how he liked having his Mom as a coach and he said it's awesome! Don't go to the dark side of being a soccer mom!

Jeff Tromphlin Heavy Industrial Concern: Vampires
http://jefftromphlin.blogspot.com/2009/03/vampires.html
Jeff Tromphlin Heavy Industrial Concern. What would I say, if I could say things? Friday, March 20, 2009. What about one who eats hair or simply ingests saliva through kissing? A vampire who eats cartilage? Is it the fact that they drink blood what makes regular vampires so scary? Or is it that they kill you ar can turn you in to one of them. I'm curious. What's your favorite vampire? What about emotional vampires that suck your emotions out to feed their own hunger? March 20, 2009 at 2:32 PM.
