Wednesday, 26 February 2014. 26 th Feb 2014. We successfully made it to Madeira I won't bore everyone with what we've been up to! Especially as the WiFi connection in the villa is rubbish. I'm just very pleased I've made it! I'm feeling pretty well still suffering minor tummy pain and heartburn etc but nothing too horrendous. Today was my last day of tablets for a whole 7 days yippee! Tuesday, 29 April 2014. 29 th april 2014. Linda and Karen ( nurses) measured me for a sleeve and glove for my portacath arm to help reduce swelling - also measured legs for sexy stockings! Although legs are improving daily :-). The nurses were with me for an hour and a half . Mary ( Jon's mum) popped in to see me bought me a home made cottage pie! Wednesday, 31 July 2013. Certainly think if we want her to go to Fairfield college we might be up for a fight. This morning I went for a blood test to see if I need a blood transfusion before going away - results came back very quickly and showed my haemoglobin has improved - must be all the liver and spinach I've been eating - so no need for transfusion which is great news! The reiki session went really well - can't believe the heat that radiated from Stuarts hands even though he wasn't actually making any contact - felt very relaxed afterwards and slept really well - will definitely carry on with a few more sessions!
