First glimpses of Machu Pichu. As we leave the sun gate and the sun is setting - we get our first glimpses of the famous site. Coming in from the top (Inca trail) as opposed to being bussed from the train station or hotel (see the river at the bottom) makes a dramatic difference. All my ailments, aches and pains dissapeared.
