There goes my heart. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Jack just loves bouncy balls, footballs, soccer balls, etc. He has always shown an interest in the pool balls and Kyle has not been keen on letting Jack play with them for fear he will throw one and do who knows what kind of damage. So you can imagine my surprise when I came downstairs and found this going on! Kyle asks him to say the ball colors so he is learning colors, dexterity, and coordination! Sunday, December 13, 2009. There goes my heart. Friday, February 27, 2009. Last weekend my mom came up for a visit. At first Jack wasn't sure what to think of her. He obviously did not remember her from previous encounters. She quickly won him over and by Sunday he was giving her hugs and his signature heart melting smile. There goes my heart. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Here are some pictures from our trip down to Springdale for my brother John's wedding. The boys are so cute together. They had a few altercations, but overall played really well. They helped Alex (john's little boy) walk down the aisle with the rings. It was a great trip and Jack had a blast at his Mimi's house. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. We had a wonderful Easter weekend. Lots of visits with family, lots of good food, lots of fun - too much candy! Sunday we had a visit from the Easter bunny and Brooks got a much desired cape and mask, and some superhero toys. He's really been into the super hero thing lately. So Sunday afternoon he ran around in his underwear and cape, why is that kind of stuff so damn cute? We are so excited to have another cousin and looking forward to being able to cuddle a little one again :).

We got a room at Little America and it was so nice. They had a great indoor/outdoor pool and it was right downtown so we were able to ride Trax to the Gateway mall. There goes my heart. Friday, July 2, 2010. Jack's second birthday was a blast! The whole family came up and we went to Lagoon in the morning and had a barbeque in the park in the afternoon. He is so much fun and I love this age. Whoever called them the terrible twos didn't have my sweet little Jack. He is talking up a storm and can carry on a full conversation.
