So JACK surfing kat internet jumpa resepi nie JACK dari. Basiclly here the method and ingredients. Malangnyer JACK carik2 kat kedai tak der daun kari. yg lain semua ada. so nak jadi simple guna serbuk kari ( giggle ) :) (chuckle). 3 fresh mud crabs (about 1 lb each). Oil for deep frying. 2 shallots, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped.

Saturday, November 6, 2010. Ikan keli lempis nie adalah makanan tradisional masyarakat Iban. JACK adalah anak jati iban. Kadang - kadang JACK akan mengidam makanan Sarawak, dan lempis ikan adalah salah satu makanan yg JACK selalu idam. Resepi begitu simple sahaja. Kalau di kampung mak selalu guna daun buan ( tak pasti nama melayu ), tapi kerana daun buan sukar di carik, JACK menggunakan daun pisang. Cubaab yang pertama terus jadik. Cuma balutan nipis sangat, daun koyak masa nak mengangkat utk hidang.

Beberapa titik minyak bijan. 1 keping kiub ayam. Semua bahan diatas disatukan untuk membuat inti. 1 ulas bawang merah dan putih. Semua bahan diatas disatukan dalam periuk untuk membuat stok. Well Actually JACK memasak benda yang simple jer. so Lamb Chop nie the simplest menu for today. 11 So marinate Lamb dengan McCormick Chicken Coating Mix ( Garlic and Herbs ) seperti dlm gambar tu. 12 selama semalam dan dengan sedikit garam, lada sulah. 13 so selepas marinate semalaman masak dalam kuali dengan minyak yang sedikit jer. 14 Masak dengan api yang kecil.
