A semester abroad in Durban, South Africa. November 22, 2010. I alternate between days where I miss home, Rice, and Lovett and days where I feel like I could stay in Durban forever and make it my permanent home. Friday just so happened to be one of the latter. I:. Got home, made cucumber salad, chopped up a block of cheese, and had the best lunch with steamed bread and PERI PERI SAUCE. I’m in love. It was a divine meal, all for about 6 rand (less than a dollar US). Had a good girls night out at the bars.
