Just another WordPress.com site. The Keukenhof is a park in the North. It is 30 minutes outside Amsterdam. There is a very short window every year that it is open for one specific reason – TULIPS. It is beautiful! Since mom and dad were here at the right time we decided to go! The pictures don’t even do justice to the amount of tulips everywhere! It was a great trip. Just another WordPress.com site. New Years in the Netherlands! We spent a few hours at Kletterwald. A self-guided ropes course high in the trees. The boys (all 4 of them) loved it! They even broke through some of their own fears of heights, zip lines, and harnesses. Sabine, Rose, and I kept our feet on solid ground – but maybe next time! Zip line ( a super long one)! Sunday, August 7, 2011. Monticello and Goblin Valley. Jake is # 632. This was in the pool at the KOA. For some reason. Jake loves pulling faces at me when I ask to take a picture of him. Jake was showing Rebekah and I some Olympic worthy slide routines. Jake and Rebekah. Yes it really was that cold. All I was trying to do was get a good family picture and instead i got this. And then this . And then he did it who would have thought it was so hard? If you look very closely you will be able to find Jake.

Thursday, August 1, 2013. First Day of School: Kindergarten. Mrs Arellano - Kindergarten. August 1, 2013. First Day of School. Today was such an exciting day for Talmage! I can't believe he's in Elementary school! It was an easy transition for him since he did 2 years of preschool, for days a week. He's practically a pro! That also made it lots easier on mommy and daddy to say goodbye. Isn't he so handsome? He's actually one of the younger ones in Kindergarten since he doesn't turn 5 until August 30th.
