Sunday, May 8, 2011. 近年来在教会越来越普遍的一个现象就是越来越少青年人进入全职事奉。一些神学院院长也感慨入学的新生逐年在减少。西马教区在马神2010年的入学新生是两位，而2011年只有一位中年人入学。为什么会有这样的现象呢？是什么原因使到年青人却步？是教会的问题？是青年人自己本身的问题？还是教区整个策略的问题？ 我想问题的关键有三方面：第一是教会扮演的角色，也就是教会是否有系统、有策略的在孩童年幼的时代就好好训练栽培他们，以至于他们长大後能有全职服侍神的心志。在我们的教区里，有多少间的教会是有这样策略性的远像？有多少间的教会是有系统性的训练栽培青年人，让他们在青年阶段就有卓越的灵命成长，并有坚定的事奉心志？我们到底还有多少间的教会主日学只是讲讲故事，做做手工？我们还有多少间的教会的青少年团只是玩玩游戏、吃吃喝喝、团契团契？这样的主日学以及青年团能栽培出什么样的未来领袖A...父母对孩子的影响是至关重大的。父母每天的言行举止都潜移默化的培植了孩子的思想。其实说白了，我想可能绝大部分的基督徒父母都不希望他们的孩子成为传道人。...基督徒父母们，让我们来反思我们怎样培...
