This past year I have watched you grow into a beautiful, smart, passionate, obsessive, sassy, dramatic, sensitive and creative little girl.and I've loved every minute of it! You are the little girl I dreamed of being a mommy to since I was three years old. I thank God for allowing me to be your mother and helping me guide you in this life here on Earth. Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Christmas Planning in July. It's only July and Harper-Lynn already has her Christmas list complete! I swear she's like me more and more each day! Back to Christmas though. I'm amazed at how she's already planning ahead (definitely like me! Her "aqua room" is to have a castle, trees, treasure and glow-in-the-dark fake jelly fish plus no less than five live fish. Friday, October 21, 2016. My goodness, the past month has been BUSY! I bought a new-to-me car! It's a red 2012 Nissan Versa. I never intended on getting a car.or even a red one at that! The owner could have made about two-three thousand more dollars off of my purchase, but actually did right by me! He led me to the Versa, explained how well it drives, gets nearly 40 miles to the gallon and tires are small so relatively cheap to replace when needed. As soon as I sat in it I knew it was my car! Sunday, January 1, 2017. A New Year.at the HOSPITAL! I have the worst case of "mommy guilt" EVER! And I HATE, HATE, HATE Autism! About 3-4 weeks ago Harper-Lynn had an infection. She had sinus drainage, a little facial swelling, but NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED. Apparently she was probably in a lot of pain, but with her Autism she rarely acknowledges pain. Wednesday, May 25, 2016. One Less Team Member. I mentioned in a previous post found here. That Harper-Lynn was diagnosed with Sleep Onset Association Disorder. I wasn't too sure of this diagnosis, but as time has gone on I believe it is definitely what she has. Even though I believe the diagnosis is true, I've decided to not make Harper-Lynn sleep in her own bed if she doesn't want too. In addition to the behavioral issues, Harper-Lynn has been chewing on her fingers or putting them near her mouth throughout the day EVERY day!
