http://adrienne-stjean.blogspot.com/2007/12/duh.html
Friday, December 28, 2007. I need to start a category of just DUH posts. This morning on my way to work I stopped at Dunkin Donuts to get a bagel. Too lazy to actually get out of the car - decide drive through. Almost to the window to pick up my order and realize - I drove right by the speaker without placing an order! So something I would do! It seems like this week is a week for many duh experiences. HAPPY NEW YEARS! December 28, 2007 at 2:57 PM. That is SOOO funny! You are the best! What did they say?

Oh, for the love...: Hmm...
http://adrienne-stjean.blogspot.com/2007/12/hmm.html
Friday, December 21, 2007. Amy, a woman I work with brought in a present for me this morning. She wanted to watch me open it and had a HUGE smile on her face - and at the same time was slightly concerned that I might be offended. I knew we were off to a good start! The good news is, it's microwaveable! Whatever the hell IT. Is does anyone know? We are guessing some sort of cake with raisins. Has anyone had it? Now, with all this information, are you sure you want to open the thing? Oh, for the love.

http://adrienne-stjean.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 30, 2007. While I was in California a couple months ago, my friend Chad suggested that I join them for Johnette's 35 th. Birthday party in Vegas. I replied with while that does sound lovely, this trip I am on right now is going to be it for my vacations this year he said, don't worry about it! I will cash in some frequent flier miles and the rooms are already paid for. So off to Vegas I went! Of course I have no pictures because as you well know: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

brett crockett: Taxes and a "Political Brownout"
http://bcrockett.blogspot.com/2008/05/taxes-and-political-brownout.html
Thursday, May 01, 2008. Taxes and a "Political Brownout". I got an email from my brother. This morning with a link to this article. Being taxed at 16% (like Warren Buffet) means that you will work around 40 full days out of the year just to pay income taxes. Compare that to the average personâ s " Tax Freedom Day. Of 4 months, and 40 days actually starts to sound about right. Why would I expect anyone to work four months for the government (unless you actually work. The government, and not just to. Want ...
