In the past 6 months I have doubled my Zoloft prescription, began attending meditation classes at the Buddhist center near our house, and undertook a strenuous new workout regimen hoping that these steps would help me regain the sense of calm and purpose I had when my family and I came home from China in January 2014 with our newly adopted 4 year old son.
