Tuesday, September 04, 2012. However, there is no freaking way that I am going to let myself lose focus for even 1 more stinking day. Yes things are stressful right now, but putting weight back on is only adding to my troubles right now. I had a long talk with DeWayne (I love that man). We looked ahead and decided that I should be able to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year if I would just get off my ass and focus! So that's what I am going to do! SO happy you posted! Monday, July 09, 2012. This week was a loss of 3.6. Total loss of 108.8 (which is my lowest so far.). I managed to get in 5 hours of cardio and 3 weight lifting sessions. Not 6.5 hours, but better than the 2 from last week! Food was 100% on plan. (1600 calories or less, 25% carbs or less and 30% fat or less, no fruit, pretty much no dairy and only slow digesting carbs). Good job Sandi, you are doing awesome! You should be incredibly proud of yourself. Wow, you are REALLY strong Sandi! Kath Eats Real Food.

Monday, May 21, 2012. So this week I lost 4.6 lbs! That brings my weight loss to 106.8 lbs! That's actually a new low for me. I feel good, I am on track and excited. Looking ahead, I have a good 2-3 weeks with little or no speedbumps. I plan on really sticking to it and seeing what I can do! I wish that I had found time to exercise more last week. Life is pretty crazy right now! And unfortunately, this week doesn't look any better. Hows it going, Sandi? Sandi, its been a whole month! Kath Eats Real Food.

Here are my progress pics! So I finally lost 75 lbs, so that means another progress pics. I only did from highest to now. I'll do a progressive one maybe every 50 lbs or something. There just doesn't seem to be a big enough change to line them all up right now. In the first picture I weighed 360. Not my highest, but what I had. In the second picture I am 315.
