Sunday, August 10, 2008. I have been terrible updating this blog. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I'm chasing a toddler around this time! Everything is going well in the pregnancy. I'm 26 weeks pregnant now. Time seems to be flying. I can't believe I'll be into my third trimester next week already! I had my BIG scan a few weeks back. Everything was fine. We didn't get to see what sex the baby is though. He/She wasn't giving it up! Yup, it does look like a baby!

Jaded Journey: First OB Appointment

Thursday, May 01, 2008. I went in for my first OB appointment on Monday. Everything looked fine. The OB did a scan to check the baby and it was doing flips and wiggling around. Monday, July 18, 2011. Happy 4th Birthday Emilee! My baby is 4 today! I can't believe it! Time has surely flown by.Here are some pictures I took of my sweet chickie! She decided this morning that she wanted to wear her fancy party dress that I bought her last year for her 3rd birthday.I was pleasantly surprised that it still fit! Emilee holding her mini cupcake! She wanted chocolate mini cupcakes instead of me making her vanilla ones! Birthday dinner consisted of plain raviloi's with cheese!

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Happy Birthday my Love! Today is my husband's birthday! He is 42 today and does not like me to fuss about his birthday. I made a cake for him today so that the girls could sing him happy birthday. So while he was washing dishes cause (he didn't want to stop) we sang happy Birthday! We will be married 10 years in November and i can hardly believe that it's been that long! We have changed and grown alot in those 10 years and I pray that our life together is a long and happy one.

The girls and I were up early at 7:30am to take Faith to Summer School. Many people asked me how can you risk you life for a job that can sometimes bring you to the worst times in someone's life! My little Emilee was hospilized from Sunday until yesterday morning for vomiting and severe dehydration and Strep! While I was there walking the halls with Emilee I noticed some of the children there that were far worse off then she is! I am thankful and grateful to God that I have relatively healthy kids! Sunday, August 14, 2011. Mom and Dad came to visit us for a few days for my Dad's Birthday. He turned 67 today! After a day of shopping we came home to hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill.The whole time we were eating the skies we black and you could hear rumble of thunder and flash of lightning. When we finished rating we quickly went in cause the wind picked up and then the skies finally opened up! The girls picked out the cupcakes and the candles at Walmart when we were shopping!
