Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Well the end of February/beginning of March was quite a hectic time at our house. Not only were we getting ready for our yearly sojourn to the Arizona Desert, but after two feet of snow and three days of 50 degree weather our basement flooded. What a mess! For about three days John and I worked in shifts of every 1 1/2 hours running shop-vacs to clean up puddles of water flowing into the basement. Hope everyone had a good March. In May Rhiannon started swimming for a competitive swim team. She really likes it. In July, she turned 8. I can't believe where the time went. We went to Jordanelle Reservoir and the weather was perfect, and it was so beautiful with the trees turning colors. Mine and Layne's parents came with us as well as our niece and nephew. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Sit Down Ladies. We Have Plenty of Time! Last weekend Layne's Mom, sisters and I all went on a quick road trip to Las Vegas. We left for Las Vegas at 5:00 am on Friday and left to come home on Sunday at 9:00 am to be home by 5:00 pm. It was a quick trip but we had a blast with a little stress.
