Raising Andersons: The Fourth
http://raisingandersons.blogspot.com/2010/07/fourth.html
Friday, July 16, 2010. No, not the fourth Anderson! Not yet anyway. The fourth of July was so fun hanging with the Duttons and their sweet girls. We had a wonderful meal at their house and drove to Riverstone for the fireworks. The girls played together so well. Kayla even convinced Annie to hold a lightening bug in her hand several times. Couldn't believe it! Mark and Deidre Anderson. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Mark and Deidre Anderson. Canton, Georgia, United States. View my complete profile.

Raising Andersons: January 2010
http://raisingandersons.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 29, 2010. Better late than never, right? Several weeks ago we had about 1/2 inch of snow. Real, honest to goodness snow! Packable, rollable, throwable, snow! The goofy pictures you see are of my silly girls tasting the snow. They said they thought it would taste like sugar. Ha. Surprise! Mark and Deidre Anderson. Thursday, January 28, 2010. My little school girl. Mark and Deidre Anderson. Big 7 month old! Mark and Deidre Anderson. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. But I don't look older! As I ...

Sunday, July 25, 2010. Life, Luxury and the pursuit of Happiness? We found out several weeks ago that Ella has learned the Pledge of Allegiance.sort of. Here it is:. I pledge allegiance to the flag. Of the United States of America. And to the republic for which it stands. One nation, under God, indivisible. And justice for all. Wowshe may just be a politician in the making. Another few Ella-isms that I don't want to forget:. If something is not girlish, it is BOYLISH. Mark and Deidre Anderson. We had so ...

Raising Andersons: August 2010
http://raisingandersons.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 25, 2010. The girls took swimming lessons at the YMCA last month. They both did so great. Annie really learned to swim and Ella got so much more comfortable in the water. That is a picture of Annie swimming by herself in 12 feet of water. Amazing! We may take winter lessons this coming year just to keep up their skills. Annie got strep throat the last day so she missed the last class where they all went down the slide. Mark and Deidre Anderson. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). JAG in the Box.

Should have read the fine print. Sharing my adventures as I transition from 9-5 father of four to life in the sandbox for a year of fun. Friday, April 2, 2010. I’m outta here! It would be fair to say I am getting excited – hard to believe that the end of my time in the Middle East is here. For my last post from Yemen, a collection of random photos from the last couple of weeks. I am going to finish packing, chat with the wife, get some sleep, then head to the airport! Driving home in the rain during my ...

Should have read the fine print. Sharing my adventures as I transition from 9-5 father of four to life in the sandbox for a year of fun. Saturday, February 13, 2010. Like the movie…. Typical Yemen mom-n-pop shop – no Wal Mart here. There are stores, small manufacturing shops, auto repair, etc. Typical Yemen street scene – dude on a crotch rocket (sort of rare) with no helmet; white Toyota has a propane tank in back, truck in right lane full of propane tanks, and the dude standing in the red Toyota.

Raising Andersons: November 2009
http://raisingandersons.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 23, 2009. This year we had Tinkerbell, an East High Cheerleader, and a Jack-o-lantern. How cute is that? The girls love to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood. Most of our neighbors are retired couples and there aren't that many kids in our neighborhood so our girls get a ton of candy. It's also nice that they don't use scary decorations so all the girls have is fun! Mark and Deidre Anderson. Saturday, November 21, 2009. Taking a break from the wheel. Should have read the fine print. Sharing my adventures as I transition from 9-5 father of four to life in the sandbox for a year of fun. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Reflections on the last 365. 160; Though the roads were a bit slick, the normally psycho drivers were more cautious and sane than usual, and the rain kept the beggars off of the street corners, which was pleasant. Breakfast at Yemen Coast Guard HQ – great food and hospitality. The view a year later – never would have imagined this! So, at 8:0...
