Now that the placement season at ISB is truly underway, I thought this was an apt time to reevaluate the monthly loan payments as a percentage of the total salary. Loan Amount = Rs. 18,00,000 (assuming the deposit was paid out of pocket). Term - 7 Years. Tax Bracket = 30%.

Notes on the ISB co 2011 - Delhi meet. We were strangers when we all walked into CCD on a Saturday afternoon. When we walked out, we were family! We were all strangers when we decided to meet up for coffee one saturday. Some of us waltzed in like pros, we do this for a living. We had a gala time, we laughed away the hours.
