Friday, June 26, 2009. Father's Day and Back to Work. Brent celebrated his first Father's Day last Sunday. He is the best Daddy! Ty and I gave him a new charcoal grill and we made him a special slideshow (which I plan on posting later). It was a really fun and busy weekend! Saturday night we cooked out with my parents. Thursday, March 11, 2010. Ty was baptized on Valentines Day! We had wanted to do it earlier but the poor boy was sick so much in his earlier months. We were really worried that he would cry and scream when our preacher, Allen took him, but he did so great! Our little family has so much to look forward to! Monday, February 15, 2010. We had a great first Valentine's Weekend with our little man. Brent and I were supposed to celebrate Friday, but due to the ice and snow we waited until Saturday night. Brent and I went to Firebirds while Ty stayed with Grammy and Grandaddy. Brent was really sweet and bought me roses and I gave him an Alabama snuggie! Sunday was a very special day.not only was it Ty's first Valentine's Day.he was also baptized! He did so good! Ty experienced his first snow on Friday!

Friday, April 23, 2010. First Trip to the Zoo! We took Ty on his first visit to the zoo the weekend after Easter. The weather was perfect! Ty had a great time. He loves animals so he had a blast. He also rode a carosel for the first time with Mommy. But his absolute favorite was the food court cheese fries! Brent and I decided to stop for a snack and Ty couldn't get enough! Tuesday, October 27, 2009. We have to work on sharing. Uncle Fish, I'm warning you- DO NOT touch my toys! I mean it- I'm watching you! Not a good idea). Now, I'm MAD! Have I mentioned that I love this little boy! He made my day yesterday. He always smiles when I pick him up from daycare. But yesterday was different. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Where has the time gone? Ty is 7 months old today! I honestly cannot believe how fast he has grown. Brent and I fall more in love with that baby everyday. He is constantly doing something new! He is now saying da-da, playing with his feet, laughing all of the time, and ALWAYS wants to "stand up." He has also started to LOVE his jumperoo. Thursday, August 13, 2009. I am so bad about updating! Anyways, lots has happened in the last month! Baby Gabriel joined the world (pic below) on July 26. He is precious and I can't wait for the boys to meet. I know they are going to be great buddies! Ty is growing up so fast. At his 4 month appointment he weighed 13 lbs, 7 oz. and was 25 and 1/4 inches long. So he is in the 25th percentile for weight and the 75th for weight.which basically means he is tall and skinny! I just don't want to miss anything!

Wednesday, April 21, 2010. My Sweet One Year Old! I still can't believe my baby is one! We had his 12 month appointment at the beginning of this month. He weighed in at 19 lbs 4 oz. I can't remember his exact height. But I do know he is in the 25th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height. So little man needs to gain a little weight! Friday, July 17, 2009. Well, we tried cereal for the first time this week. Ty wasn't too sure about it at first, but I think he was liking it by the end! I can't wait to try other fun baby foods! We are just waiting for the "go ahead" from the pediatrician at his 4 month appointment in a couple of weeks. 4th of July Weekend. So, I have fallen behind once again.
