Saturday, April 25, 2009. Book Review: "Action Learning". I read this book “Action Learning” by Reg Revans and found it to be an amazing one. What is the difference between a puzzle and a problem? According to Revans, there is an existing solution to the the puzzle and it simply needs to be found. But there is no existing solution to a problem. The solution has to be found out, which only begins where one doesn’t know what to do next and expertise is of no help. Links to this post.
