Rhett's been walking for over a month now. I was getting shoes the other day and I looked up to find him pulling men's shoes off the rack. On the other side of the store. When he want's to run (power walk) he sticks his arms out behind him. And we finally found a pair of shoes that he will keep on. And Rhett LOVES to play chase.

Life as the Emrich's :). Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Calgary Trip: Part One. Our 'adventure' up to Canada was well worth it. We had such a great trip! So much that I will be doing more than one blog post on it. At the border we got to use all American passports for the first time! Hunter was such a trooper in his car seat for the long time he was in there. He thought it was hilarious to play his own little version of hide and seek by sticking these little ducks up his shorts and "finding" them again.

December 19, 2012. Since I own and manage an online jewelry shop. I really try to get my work done before. The kids are up and going for the day. most of the time I actually do, but there are times when I don't finish everything on time, or quite frankly, I'm too tired to wake up earlier than they do, (which is between 7-8 am. so, you can't blame me, right? Dosen't help that I'm a night owl either). And especially during the holiday season, there's no way I can get it done that quickly. December 18, 2012.

April 23, 2012. My family came to visit us here in Denver! My bro Ben is recently engaged, so it was the first time we met his fiancee, Barbi. She is from Slovenia, and is great! We had so much fun together hanging out and doing a lot of fun activities around the area. Everyone loved playing with Austin too :). Candy shop in Old Town Littleton. Coloring in a spice shop. Checked out the library- they have some fun things for kids to do and play! Went to story time! Found some parks in the area- Austin found some monkey bars his height (uh oh). And Eli just sat around looking cute. Kiddos got some free stuffed animals for shopping at AFW. They don't look too thrilled here, not sure why ha ha. Played with some new friends :).

August 26, 2012. Welcome Eli Jensen Balli! So happy to have had a wonderful delivery and finally have him in my arms:) Eli was born at 8:10 pm on Tuesday, August 21st 2012, after a 10 hour labor. He was a surprisingly BIG boy, weighing 8 lbs 15 oz, and was 21 inches long- only 2 days overdue. So far, he has been a very pleasant baby, doesn't cry very much, and loves to eat. Would love to take off running, but doesn't quite have the control. Babbles a lot more. It's pretty adorable. Still loves getting into everything. Hunter is a busy boy! He keeps me entertained and busy all day long. His smile and happiness are contagious. I love having him around! This kis loves to eat! And boxes, or anything he can push.
