The Lp Journal: April 2006
http://thelpjournal.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
The Lp point of view. April 30, 2006. Originally uploaded by Lyndon Perry. She's nine. Nine. I remember the day she came home from the hospital. And when she stopped wearing diapers. And when she lost her first tooth. Now she's nine. In fact, she's a nine-year-old teenager. Short, but packed with 'tude. Another nine and she'll be done with high school. Another nine after that and she may be bringing her own home from the hospital. You think I'm joking. I mean it. Posted by Lp at 2:24 PM.

The Lp point of view. January 02, 2006. England trip - 3. It is now Monday, 1/2/06. Weird to type "06" now. Probably will be weird until about July. Friday was amazing. We went to a spa in Droitwich. That uses brine salt. You shower off, step into a boiling sauna for 15 minutes (I only made it for 10, phwew! Anywho, the food was very, very good. Nicola and I treated Sheila, Tony, Amy and Mia to dinner. We, of course, ate too much. On Saturday Amy drove us toward the Malvern Hills. On New Year's Day we go...

The Lp Journal: November 2005
http://thelpjournal.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
The Lp point of view. November 30, 2005. In one of our recent extended car trips, the children asked if Nicola and I knew how to play 20 Questions. Its fun that the kids are finally at a level to play such a game. It takes some memory, at least short term, to keep track of which questions you've asked. So during Shea's turn, Nicola, Shanna and I were asking the 20 questions, of course. One of my questions was Is it in Illinois? Posted by Lp at 12:43 PM. November 10, 2005. Behold, all things are new.

The Lp point of view. August 31, 2005. I have a number of topics buzzing through my brain. Like, WOW, where did August go (though I did accomplish a lot this month). And, my heart is broken for the victims of Katrina. And, I cannot wait for the release of the first Chronicles of Narnia movie. And, here are some thoughts on the musical direction of my band. I think I'll pick on August. But not now. Next entry. Posted by Lp at 9:51 AM. August 14, 2005. The thing I'm not cool with is them growing up. I ...

http://thelpjournal.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
The Lp point of view. March 29, 2006. Originally uploaded by Lyndon Perry. We're very proud of Shea. He's working very hard for every grade. Because he has difficulty focusing in class he misses a fair amount. He comes home with lots of homework but he keeps a very good attitude and works very diligently. He also prays about it every night, which I know is making a difference in his life. I foresee more of these B.U.G. events for Shea. Posted by Lp at 8:37 AM. March 25, 2006. Posted by Lp at 10:42 PM.

http://thelpjournal.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
The Lp point of view. December 28, 2005. England trip - 2. It is Wednesday, 12/28. Christmas was very fun. Our time with Tony's sister, Ann, and her family was very enjoyable. They served up all of the traditional Christmas foods. and for that Nicola and I were quite groggy and sleepy. Praun sauce on salad, turkey, roast parsnips and potatoes, gravy, stuffing, sprouts, and on and on and on. Amazing. We returned home pretty late that night, around 11:30 pm. Last evening Grandma Baker came over to Sheila a...
