There is this one little impulsive habit that everyone has, whether they would care to admit it or not. This habit has the ability to vary into different gradations of severity. This afternoon, instead of just working on core, legs and arms, I went for a pre-workout jog with the wifey to try and feel the burn a bit. We kinda went a bit overboard and went ahead with some suicides,dips, planking and crunches for like an hour. What was suppose to be a little warm up exercise turned into something a bit more intense. @. I’ve drawn the areas I want to improve in red!
