Let me tell you how this has come to pass. Of course, Phoenix. All of us combined we have around 800 teachers in training! The atmosphere here is extremely exciting. So many different people from so many different parts of the country, all pouring into Phoenix to be equipped to return to their home regions.

How can we get 8th graders to be able to read the newspaper? How can we get 7th graders to multiply fractions? They are 12 years old!
