Jean's Musings about the relation between art and music through the ages. I had no idea. I love music, I listen to Baroque I have several Bach and Handel CDs but Mexico? How did these little jewels escape me? My Journey Through Seminary

My Journey Through Seminary. Friday, February 4, 2011. He is There and He is Not Silent. In his book "He Is There and He Is Not Silent," Francis Schaeffer wrote the following:. Absolute truth in this world and it is all around us. God's truthfulness is not just seen in the Bible but all around us. How else can we explain that the world has laws that it follows? How else can we explain why man has been given a special place on this earth? Are we to believe that it all just happened by chance? If evolution...

Jamar's Jaunts

Sunday, 4 August 2013. Saturday 13 July, 2013 - Distribution Day. The day had finally come. This was the main day of our trip. The day I look forward to every year. I was wide awake at 6.15 am and raring to go. I was so excited to be heading back to Bontihing. I pottered around packing, showering and getting everything I needed organised before heading down to the poolside restaurant for breakfast. I thought I would be the first one here and was surprised to find the rest of the group was almost finished.
