Hadrian's Wall Walk
Sponsored walk of Hadrian's Wall to raise funds for the Parkinson's Disease Society. My dad is financing and planning the this expedition, as it is our summer holiday togther, but as a separate project, and because nobody thinks I can walk this far, I have decided to seek sponsorship for completing this walk, with ALL. Sponsorship raised being given to the Parkinson's Disease Society. I have chosen this charity because my grandpa suffers from Parkinson's. This page was last updated on 19 July, 2006.

Originally, the main purpose of this website was to promote the band The Short Straw, while also providing pictures and information about other bands, namely The Stranglers during their CSE Tour of Cyprus in July of '99, Showaddywaddy's gigs in 2000 and also to promote other bands from the Akrotiri Live music scene - especially the bands ManBitesDog and SortEd! As The Short Straw no longer exists these pages are now simply a nostalgic and pictorial history of two superb years in Cyprus.
