Sunday, October 12, 2014. Week of Oct. 5-11. I grabbed Spencer, climbed out, and we hurried home. I did get one decent picture before the whole pond episode. Sometime I'm going to have to get pictures of the rest of the kids! Monday, Oct. 6 - Naomi and Noah had soccer games. James and Stephen worked on the shed. Thursday, May 31, 2012. Preschool field trip to the fire department. Chocolate Battered Beaters YUM. First Play time in the sprinkler of the season. More to come. Not only is she playing and holding this, but aiming and making shooting sounds! Couldn't be that she has an older brother. 2nd play time in the sprinkler. not endorsed by mom! Friday, December 27, 2013. We Went Camping for Christmas! This year for Christmas we wanted to do something different. Something to make Christmas a little more special with less focus on the presents and the sweet food. Somehow we found ourselves planning to go camping! Sunday, November 9, 2014. Nov 2 - 9. He came up with all kinds of things for us to like and hardly had any repeats. Phineas and Ferb was about the only thing he mentioned more than once. Sunday, November 10, 2013. We got to stay with Mark and Julie for a whole week and a half. While James was busy working at the testing lab the rest of us got to have lots of fun. One of the first places we visited was the Portland Rose Garden. There were so many roses and they were amazing! The kids of course followed right behind. Some of the roses were just HUGE! After walking all over the rose garden we went to the huge, amazing playground. Tons of fun! Just look at these hot faces!

Monday, October 27, 2014. Was the Primary Program! We only had three kids participating this year! It was also the day we got to celebrate my birthday. It was a busy Sunday for James, but he still managed to bake a cake and frost it with Nutella (definite favorite in our house right now! And he made fish and chips for dinner! Noah had a soccer game. Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Cake Decorating with Ellen. One of Ellen's Christmas presents this year was taking a cake decorating class with Mom. We went to class once a week for four weeks. We both learned some good things and had a splended time together. This is our last cake.
