The glued joints failed during a quarrel between our cat and dog. I was surprised to find the surface of the hardboard gave rather than the laser-cut edges. Built in 2005 to augment my Aguilar. I used a Sharpie, which is not all that permanent on shiny surfaces. Just enough to do the work. Pre surgery. Don't be scared little guy. Sketching the shape before working is VERY helpful.
