Friday, February 24, 2012. Landon loves his home teachers. One morning we woke up and there was a family of deer in our front yard. These two were by the front door. These two were a little farther over in the yard. I made a birthday cake for a friend and couldn't help but take a picture. It was a chocolate cake with oreo cream cheese frosting. YUMMY! Landon tried on my shoes one day after church. It was pretty funny. Sitting on the potty and watching tv. You gotta start somewhere, right? 4th of July 2011.

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Trip to see James. I feel like I never have time to blog and when I do, it feels like I just vomit up a post. Does that make sense? Anyways, we had planned three trips this summer to break up the 17 and a 1/2 weeks that James is gone. The first trip would be for 4 th. Of July weekend. We would drive to SC and stay the night with Scott and Jes. And then leave the next afternoon to drive to our friends James and Andrea that live in GA to break up a long drive into two shorter ones.

Today at lunch, Landon decided that he wanted to eat shredded cheese (for some reason, shredded cheese tastes better? Ham and apple. Then he proceeded to scoop the cheese off his plate, onto the table and slurp it up with his mouth. I just sat back and watched him until he looks up at me and says, "oink, oink". Friday, February 24, 2012. 4th of July 2011. Yes, it is that time again. The longer I wait to do this, the more pictures keep piling up! Okay, while we were in Texas, we tie dyed some t-shirts. I wanted to be creative and do a flag tie dye for Landon to wear on 4th of July. It turned out great except one of the red stars bled through to the back. Dang it! Below is a pic of the back of his shirt. This pic has the star and stripes. It was a really fun shirt to wear and he wore it all summer!

I decided to go with this first one, just cropped slightly differently. I used Canvas on Demand and it turned out real cute. I love having a big picture of the kids on the wall right where they play.
