Monday, May 25, 2015. He is risen and I am so very thankful! But, there I go…derailing again. Oops. So, anyway, we had a low key Easter spent with family and eating lots. There's nothing else I'd rather do! Oh, and, Ben discovered the joy of candy eggs. And chocolate. I had to wash his outfit between church and lunch because he got into Bishop's eggs. That boy is quick! Their personalities are shining through in this picture. It's one of my favorites for that reason. Leon, Amanda, and Bishop.

Thursday, April 23, 2015. It was about 4 inches and it melted the next day, but we got to play, sled, build a snowman (or 2), eat snow cream and ride the gator in the snow. It was perfect! He may not look like it but he LOVED it. He cried when it was time to go back inside. I've never seen anyone eat quite so much snow. Obsessed. Bishop was very proud of their snowman. He really loved snowballs too. Thank goodness for Granddaddy! Constantly eating the snow! Snow cream. Also a favorite for this boy!

We had a very busy weekend with the pumpkin patch all day on Saturday and the zoo on Sunday night, but Garrett has had so much fun! The past two years, the zoo has been the perfect place for us to celebrate Halloween. He gets to play games and trick or treat. Buzz Light Year is ready to go. Little pumpkin is just along for the action :). Carnival games for candy! Ready to ride the glow in the dark carousel that spins backwards.

Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Eva Brooke is putting on her makeup like Mommy. These sweet grins melt me every time. Her vocabulary is growing by the day! My favorites are "peeease" and "tank you." She is also beginning to put noun and verb together, like "Daddy go? And "juice peeease.". Cotton really puts up with a lot. She can't pick her up yet, but the day is coming soon!
