Sunday, 28 July 2013. Finally getting some work done. Time to do some work again! Its been far too long since i've animated anything and over summer my main goal is to get some nice animation through a basic armature. I've also knocked together 2 pairs of hands so that if anything breaks during animating I can just throw another pair on. I still need to add some hot glue as a palm for the hands so that he can hold things. Thats its for now, hopefully have some tests up by next weekend.

Monday, 2 June 2014. End of University Showreel. 3 years of Uni life have stormed past! Here is my current showreel of my university work, including bits and pieces from my final film! I'm keeping 'Cut from the Same Cloth' offline for now so i can enter it into film festivals. Stop Motion Showreel 2014. Sunday, 23 February 2014. Roy's head was made in a very similar way to Richards. Again keeping it simple by making it purely balsa wood. The issue came with his nose. As per my original design, Roy's nose was made as the one on the left, once i'd sculpted this, and before glueing it, my tutor walked in, saw it, and turned it upside down just to put a spanner in the works. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to go with the different nose orientation but with a slightly more squared off bottom to it.

Monday, 28 April 2014. Company Research Part 5, Three Stones Media. Finally for now, Three Stones Media. Although not technically an animation company Three Stones Media are the incredibly talented people that produce Rastamouse! Saturday, 31 August 2013. I've done no animating in the last couple of weeks, but i did go to the Harry Potter experience in London earlier this week! WHICH WAS AMAZING. Monday, 26 May 2014. I've had a busy few weeks. Lack of posts from the last few weeks are down to general stress of deadlines combined with a brilliant weeks work experience on the television show Rastamouse. I'm sitting on after effects all day today ready for hand in for Glammies consideration tomorrow morning BUT over the weekend, i finished filming. Incredibly relieving and also really strange to know that the last 6 months work has almost come to an end, let alone three years at uni!
